Master Card Foundation is more than $1 million; they are<br />
funding a new “Advancing Integrated Micr<strong>of</strong>inance <strong>for</strong><br />
Youth” (AIM Youth)–targeting young men <strong>and</strong> women ages<br />
13-24 <strong>and</strong> teaching them a combination <strong>of</strong> financial<br />
education + financial services (access to saving accounts,<br />
how to budget money, what do you want vs. what do you<br />

Thomas R. McBurney became chair, board <strong>of</strong> trustees,<br />
in 1991, the same year Christopher Dun<strong>for</strong>d became<br />
president <strong>of</strong> Freedom <strong>from</strong> Hunger. Tom's term as chair<br />
expired in Nov. 1999, but he remained on as a trustee until<br />
Nov. 2005, when his term expired. He returned as a trustee<br />
in Nov. 2007 until his death in March 2009.<br />
