Our proposal would be a simpler 2-phase scheme, using existing left turn facilities on the<br />

corridor to cross on two additional signals under the toll road and eliminate straight right<br />

turns, as follow:<br />

As usual, a 2-phase scheme will result on more capacity, smaller cycle and less delay <strong>for</strong><br />

general traffic and <strong>BRT</strong>.<br />

VI.5.c. Perintis Kemerdekaan x Kelapa Gading intersection<br />

This is the only traffic intersection from the toll road to Pulogadung. The traffic light at<br />

the intersection operates with 4 phases. This can easily be reduced to a 2-phase scheme in<br />

order to increase intersection capacity.<br />
