Notice of Proposals Matters
SUBJECT MATTER
Sets out guidance on when and how the community will be involved in the preparation of
Local Development Documents and in the consideration of planning applications.
AREA
Applicable to the whole of Scarborough Borough with the exception of the area that falls
within the North York Moors National Park.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
The document is available for inspection between 6 th January 2006 and 17 th February 2006.
Representations should be submitted between 6 th January and before 5.00pm on Friday 17 th
February 2006. Representations should be sent to:
