been amended to say "Public Meetings at
accessible locations. During consultation
exercises this will likely involve meetings at
central locations within Filey, Whitby and
Scarborough."
2) Council Offices refers to Scarborough
Town Hall, Whitby Council Offices and Filey
Evron Centre. Para 3.4.3 amended to say
"Make such reports available on the Council’s
Web-Site and within Council Offices
(Scarborough Town Hall, Whitby Council
Offices and the Filey Evron Centre). Copies
of such reports can also be made available
on request to interested parties." If such
documents are requested by Town and
Parish Councils, it is at discretion of
individual Town/Parish Council if they are
made available for public inspection. We
would, however, welcome all efforts by the
Town and Parish Councils to make planning
related documents available for the public to
inspect.
