1) The SCI should include at least the specific and general consultation bodies for
Regulations 25 and 26.

included in Annex 3 of SCI. May consider changing format to one which lists bodies
by type.

application, listed buildings, etc.

as parish plans, which will be a consideration
when preparing LDF.

terms of LDF documents the Local Development
Scheme has a timetable for production including
when reports will go to committee or cabinet.

statutory or specific consultee as quoted in
Regulations. It is listed as ‘Other Consultee’ in
PPS12, although it is understood that, in certain
circumstances, Sport England must be considered
to comment on planning applications.
5) If comments are made, a decision notice will
be sent.
6) Any referral to Govt Office is reported in the
committee report or where a decision is
overturned, this will be reported verbally to
Members.
