3.3.3 We will keep you informed by:<br />
• Publishing a report <strong>of</strong> consultation responses on Development Plan Documents,<br />
Supplementary Planning Documents, and planning applications summarising all<br />
comments received and the Council’s response to them.<br />
• Make such reports available on the Council’s Web-Site and within Council<br />
Offices.<br />
3.3.4 We will also:<br />
• Continuously review our consultation procedures and request feedback on our<br />
consultation exercises from you.<br />
• Where appropriate amend our procedures to improve participation.<br />

<strong>of</strong> yourself. Such expectations may include:<br />
• Providing clear and concise comments which are related to the subject matter.<br />
• Submitting your representations within the allocated time period.<br />
• Understanding and appreciating other peoples views on the subject matter may<br />
differ from your own.<br />
• Being aware that representations will be made publicly available.<br />
