Objectives The participant can:<br />

> Perform diagnosis on the systems<br />

> Use diagnostic tools and the associated special tools<br />

> Initiate required remedial actions<br />

> Carry out professional repair<br />

Contents Contents include practical work and group work related to the diagnosis procedure in<br />

regard to:<br />

> Performing testing and diagnostic work on the current AMG engines with the ME-SFI<br />

gasoline injection and ignition systems<br />

> Analyzing and remedying the effects of faults in gasoline injection and ignition systems<br />

and in peripheral systems<br />

> Targeted use of the service literature (WIS, Xentry/DAS,TIPS, STI) and workshop test<br />

equipment (special tools)<br />

> Current key topics<br />
