Objectives The participant can:<br />

> Develop a complex diagnosis strategy for all vehicle divisions based on the five-levels<br />

model and complaint analysis<br />

> Generate complaint-related orders<br />

> Develop a troubleshooting tree<br />

> Implement complex troubleshooting strategies<br />

> Prepare documentation that is in line with audit requirements<br />

Contents > Complex diagnoses according to the levels model<br />

> Complaint analysis<br />

> Consolidating knowledge on the use of vehicle division-specific diagnostic aids<br />

(DAS,...)<br />

> Practical work/diagnosis based on fault symptoms and specified/actual values<br />

> Evaluating the on-board diagnosis<br />

> Fault diagnosis with stored and non-stored fault codes<br />

This training/test has to be booked, before you are authorized to book the main training.<br />

You´ll find a detailed description about the training, using the training code.<br />

<strong>Training</strong> Depth Run Method Theorie 15%, Practice85%<br />

Note One of the specified initial tests is to be considered a mandatory prerequisite. The<br />

training course is part of the qualification series to become a Certified Mercedes-Benz<br />

Diagnostic Technician.<br />
