Contents > Reception, paint and accident damage diagnosis, determination of the repair level
> Small repair including fixed price calculation
> Fundamentals of workshop orders, damage calculation and insurance coordination
processes
> Preparation and coordination of repair processing with body specialist
> Invoicing, vehicle handover to the customer
> Fundamentals of extra and special paintwork (matt paint and 3 layered)
> Active/passive safety systems - Relevance to accident repair
> Information about high voltage for accident diagnosis – if necessary, e-Training
