Objectives The participant can:
> Describe the basic design and most important functions of the system network in the
on-board electrical system of The New Star of Long-Distance Transport
> Properly network the body and vehicle systems with each other.
> Parameterize power take-off functions
Contents > On-board electrical system design, control unit networking and module functions
(SAM, CGW)
> Design and function of modular switch panel in interior compartment
> Retrofitting individual components and additional lamps, picking off important
potentials and signals
> Parameterization of power take-off functions
> Use of existing preinstallations (e.g. telephone, radio, etc.) and telematics interface
Optional prerequisite Knowledge of the on-board electrical system and basic knowledge of the PSM.
Training Depth Run Method Theorie 60%, Practice40%
Note Participants can refresh their knowledge using the CBT programs "Parameterizable
Special Modules, Parts 1-2" and "Controller Area Network (CAN)".
