Objectives The participant<br />

> Can use the customer conversation to quickly understand and technically analyze the<br />

complaint<br />

> Can prepare a systematic initial diagnosis based on the fault symptoms and use this to<br />

write up a detailed workshop order<br />

> Improves his/her own technical diagnostic skills by working through practical<br />

exercises together with other training course participants<br />

Contents During the course the participants will practice dealing with specific customer questions<br />

and issues:<br />

> Actively accept repair orders to include customer interviews, operating instructions,<br />

vehicle checks and test drive<br />

> Fault/symptom descriptions<br />

> Working out the cause of the complaint<br />

> Systematic initial diagnosis for fault repair<br />

> Preparation of a detailed workshop order for efficient fault repair<br />
