Objectives The participant can
> Carry out retrofits and conversions with the aid of SCN coding
> Describe the work procedure for retrofits and conversions
> Name the special considerations when activating or deactivating functions
> Identify the control units affected by retrofitting and carry out the parameterization
required in the networking
> Name the special considerations to be observed during retrofitting (mechanical
components, legal requirements, body/equipment mounting directives, etc.)

> Planning and execution of retrofitting/conversions with corresponding software
adaptation
Optional prerequisite The participant has good knowledge of the Vito/Viano and Sprinter BR 906. He/she is
proficient in the use of the Workshop Information System (WIS) and Diagnosis Assistance
System (DAS).
