> Plan and efficiently perform complaint-related troubleshooting using the diagnosis<br />

strategy<br />

> Acquaint him or herself with the complexity of the systems based on qualifications and<br />

the use of knowledge resources<br />

> Plan and initiate necessary remedies in the course of troubleshooting<br />

Contents > Market launches of the model series 208 (CLS) and model series 172 (SLK)<br />

> Treatment of current problem cases from all vehicle model series<br />

Mandatory prerequisite<br />

The latest content will be communicated to the diagnostic technician in a personal<br />

invitation letter.<br />
