> Can name the design of the body structure used for model series 166<br />

> Can name the latest processing methods for "ultra-high-strength" steels<br />

> Can name the most important body repairs<br />

> Becomes familiar with the necessary safety measures for welding work and work on<br />

the SRS system<br />

> Can name the main equipment features and special considerations<br />

> Can perform fundamental removal and installation jobs for the interior<br />

Contents > Use of special tools on the M and GL Class (BR 166)<br />

> Practically-oriented exercises on various sectional repairs<br />

> Special considerations of coatings, e.g. galvanized panels<br />

> New requirements imposed by ultra high-strength steels (e.g. Usibor)<br />

> Practically-oriented exercises on various removal and installation operations in the<br />

interior and exterior<br />
