Objectives The participant can:<br />

> Describe the design of the EAPU<br />

> Explain the functions in the EAPU and understand them<br />

> Check the pressure retainer of the EAPU according to manufacturer specifications<br />

> Describe the integration of EAPU in vehicle networking<br />

> Perform potential work and diagnoses on the E-APU with Xentry Diagnostics<br />

> Describe the system design of the electronic brake system of various vehicle versions<br />

> Name the individual system components and explain their tasks<br />

> Explain the special functions in the system design of the electronic brake system<br />

> Perform target-oriented function tests on the individual components<br />

Contents > Design and function:<br />

- Electronic Air-Processing Unit (E-APU)<br />

- Electronic Brake System<br />

> Special functions of electronic brake system , such as the hill holder<br />

> Testing of system functions and individual system components<br />

> Fault diagnoses<br />

This training/test has to be booked, before you are authorized to book the main training.<br />

Note As a prerequisite for this training course, the participant has successfully completed<br />

training course "T0151F • Trucks • Air Brake Systems • Go" or has equivalent<br />

knowledge.<br />

Participants can refresh their knowledge in preparation for the e-Initial Test by working<br />

through the CBTs "Compressed-Air Braking Units – Fundamentals" (order no. 1290 4348<br />

02 ) and "Compressed-Air Brakes - Reading Pneumatic Function Diagrams" (1290 4316<br />

02).<br />
