Objectives The participant can
> Assess damage for which small repair methods are suitable
> Select the most economical repair method
> Repair minor damage on plastic and accessory parts on the body and in the interior
(e.g. dashboard, trim, seat covers)
> Repair paint damage on painted aluminum rims
> Repair glass in a professional manner
> Use the tools and repair methods recommended by Mercedes-Benz
Contents > Recognition and classification of typical (minor) damage profiles and determining how
to repair them
> Material properties of plastics and the appropriate repair methods for these materials
> Repair of interior and exterior plastic parts of vehicle
> Repair of seats and upholstery
> Glass repair techniques and equipment
> Repair and touchup of damage to painted aluminum rims

Note This training course gives participants the knowledge to repair minor damage in a timely
and economical manner. All repairs are performed by each participant using tools and
repair methods recommended by Mercedes-Benz.
In coordination with AutomotiveTraining GmbH (tel.: +49 (0) 711 17 - 7 04 04),
participants may bring in vehicles or parts that have such damage.
