> Carry out various measurements using the multimeter (current, voltage, resistance)<br />

> Independently conduct simple troubleshooting with the aid of the workshop literature<br />

and a multimeter<br />

Optional prerequisite The participant has successfully worked through CBTs "Fundamentals of Electrics" (order<br />

no. 1290 4747), "Fundamentals of Electrical Components" (1290 4748) and "Wiring<br />

Diagrams" (1290 4722).<br />

Note This course is the first level of the Mercedes-Benz passenger car electrical system basic<br />

qualification series, consisting of three 2-day face-to-face training courses (see the<br />

qualification pathway for maintenance technicians) and several CBTs.<br />
