Objectives The participant can:<br />

> Describe and take the required safety precautions for working on the Vito E-CELL<br />

> Describe the task, design, function and location of the high-voltage components<br />

> Properly carry out the preparatory procedures and service operations on the vehicle<br />

> Perform diagnostic operations on the vehicle's high-voltage system<br />

Contents > Task, design and function of high-voltage components in the vehicle<br />

> Procedure for disabling the high-voltage system<br />

> Disable the power in the HV system<br />

> Repair procedure when disabling the high-voltage system (power disable event log,<br />

restart operations, etc.)<br />

> System network and integration in the overall vehicle network<br />

> Diagnostic work on the vehicle<br />

> Repair information (e.g. installation/removal of components)<br />

> Practical work on the vehicle and the system<br />

Mandatory prerequisite T0001F • Passenger Cars, Trucks, Vans, smart, Truck FUSO • High-Voltage Qualification<br />

for Motor Vehicles • Go<br />

This training/test has to be booked, before you are authorized to book the main training.<br />

You´ll find a detailed description about the training, using the training code.<br />

Note In order to successfully conclude the product qualification, you are required to<br />

successfully pass a high-voltage awareness and qualification training. IMPORTANT!<br />

Persons with electronic implants (e.g. pacemakers) are not permitted to work on highvoltage<br />

systems. They may not do any practical work on the HV system during training<br />

and are not HV-certified after the conclusion of training.<br />
