Social Considerations<br />

The time spent for collecting the rice husk briquette ranged from one sixth to<br />

one third an hour. The amount of time saving for collecting rice husk briquette<br />

over firewood was calculated as 24 mad-day/year which could save almost<br />

one month labor cost in a small restaurant (1 man-day = 8 hr works by a<br />

person or 1 labor working in a day).<br />
