Using only the solar collector, the dryer could dry fish from about 75% (wet<br />

basis) initial moisture content to 15% final moisture content in about two and a<br />

half days. However, by using both solar heat and biomass stove, the required<br />

15% final moisture content could be achieved in 17 hours.<br />
