Gr<strong>and</strong> Century Place is located in Mongkok. It was completed in 1997<br />
consisting of a shopping arcade, two Grade A office buildings, a podium<br />
l<strong>and</strong>scape <strong>and</strong> a three-level carpark. For the purpose of providing a<br />
green environment to tenants <strong>and</strong> shoppers, Kai Shing Management<br />
Services Ltd adopts a green policy in Gr<strong>and</strong> Century Place.<br />
Green Policy<br />
We respect the environment <strong>and</strong> commit to sustainable development<br />
by introducing innovative green technology, air quality improvement,<br />
energy saving, waste reduction <strong>and</strong> recycling to Gr<strong>and</strong> Century Place.<br />

New Green Technology<br />
Gr<strong>and</strong> Century Place is the first building in Hong Kong equipped with<br />
Parking Guidance System (PGS). This parking system will guide the<br />
drivers directly to the nearest available parking space which in return<br />
improve the air quality <strong>and</strong> temperature of the carpark by shortening<br />
the searching time for a parking space. Besides, we introduced a food<br />
waste conversion machine to reprocess food waste collected from Food<br />
Court into water <strong>and</strong> carbon dioxide which helps reduce food waste.<br />
