31.090.5. Termination of Rotarian Action Groups<br />

The general secretary may, acting on behalf of the Board, terminate a Rotarian Action<br />

Group when a group has not communicated with the general secretary for a one-year<br />

period, as required by the Rotary Code of Policies, or in cases where the group has<br />

31.090.8. Use of Rotary Emblem by Rotary-Sponsored Programs<br />

The general secretary is authorized to approve, on behalf of the Board, specific insignia<br />

for Rotary-sponsored programs that incorporate the Rotary emblem for use by program<br />

participants, provided that such actions meet the requirements of the RI Constitution<br />

31.090.9. Services and Suspension of Fellowships<br />

The General Secretary may suspend services provided to a fellowship, with or without the<br />

consent of the fellowship's officers or members, for failure to function in accordance with<br />

RI policy. These services include use of the Rotary Marks, listing in the Official Directory,<br />

program publications, and on the RI website, and provision of a booth at the International<br />

a. grant certification waivers to districts that meet Youth Exchange certification<br />

requirements for outbound students only;
