Announce Eprad Acquisition
Of Applications Group,
Inc.
Eprad, Inc.. has acquired Applications
Group. Inc.. Toledo, a pioneer in the development
and manufacture of plasma data
and graphics terminals, Al Boudouris, president
of Eprad, announced.
Comment ing on the acquisition. Boudouris
explained the mutual benefits to be
realized. "Eprad's resources and personnel
will be utilized to enlarge the product lines
and services offered by AOI," he said, "and
AGl's in-depth technology and personnel

will contribute importantly in the development
of Eprad products and systems for the
theatre industry."
Boudouris noted that the two companies
had worked together closely prior to the
acquisition, with Dr. William Petty. Eprad
vice-president, being an officer of each.
