MIAMI—Two American Broadcasting
Cos. subsidiaries, ABC Gulf Theatres and
ABC SE Theatres, owners of the Suniland
Twin Theatre, have agreed in an out-ofcourt
settlement to provide a $2.4 million
fractures when he was struck by a car while
Broadcasting Cos. and the driver of the car
were dropped as defendants in the case.
