66 EAST LIBERTY STATION IMPROVEMENTS The recommended strategy for redesigning the station moves the station platforms 150’ to the east towards its most public street frontage along Shady and Penn Avenues. The front door of the station is then moved to this major intersection by repurposing the existing busway access ramp into a new ADA accessible route to the station from a new station entry plaza.
