TOD implementation. This includes<br />
groups responsible for delivering transit,<br />
developing real estate and financing<br />
transactions. The process includes<br />
government entities at all levels as well as<br />
for-pr<strong>of</strong>it and non-pr<strong>of</strong>it entities. Special<br />
interest groups throughout <strong>the</strong> community<br />
are <strong>of</strong>ten involved in transactions especially<br />
in <strong>the</strong>ir efforts to advocate for initiatives<br />
such as affordable housing, living wage<br />
jobs and o<strong>the</strong>r local benefits.<br />

attract private financing and equity<br />
sources. TRID can provide <strong>the</strong> public<br />
financial assistance necessary to facilitate<br />
TOD projects within <strong>the</strong> study area.<br />
