The Nutrition, Foods, and Culinary Arts Program is primarily designed for students who intend to earn an AA degree<br />
and move directly into the workforce. The program prepares students for a wide range of jobs that exhibit a continued<br />
strong labor market. Becoming a trained food professional will help students better compete for year-round and<br />
more highly paid positions. FRC staff provides professional training for employment in commercial culinary service.<br />
Elective courses allow students to tailor learning experiences to their personal goals. Classes are hands-on with quality<br />
instructors who have owned and managed their own businesses. Internships are available at many local restaurants<br />
and resorts.<br />
