We obtain specialized insurance for construction risks, third party liabilities for projects, as required and specified by<br />

our clients, for the duration of the project and the defect liability period. We maintain comprehensive insurance<br />

covering our assets and operations at levels, which we believe to be appropriate. Loss or damage to our materials,<br />

property and/or materials used in the project, including contract works, whether permanent or temporary, and<br />

materials or equipment whether supplied by us or supplied to us by the client, are generally covered by “Contractors‟<br />

All Risks Policy” insurance against material damage to property. Under the all risk insurance policy we are also<br />

provided cover for price escalation, debris removal and surrounding properties.<br />

The aggregate coverage under the policies currently is `88,967.83 lakhs for the assets. We have taken following<br />

insurance policies as on February 28, 2011.<br />

Our Company is the registered owner of trade mark “<strong>APR</strong> CONSTRUCTIONS” and the Corporate logo. We have<br />

received a certificate of Registration from the Registry of Trademarks for the registration of “<strong>APR</strong><br />

CONSTRUCTIONS” logo under class 37 vide certificate number 790582 dated March 23, 2009. For further details of<br />

our intellectual property, see the section “Government and Other Approvals” beginning on page 191 of this Draft Red<br />
