Terms of appointment and compensation of Mr. Pulagam Harikrishna, Managing Director is as follows:<br />

The remuneration of Mr. Pulagam Harikrishna has been increased to `48 lakhs per annum with effect from October<br />

01, 2009 vide the resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders dated November 02,<br />

2009.<br />

extent these either taken singly or put together are not taxable under Income tax<br />

Act, 1961.<br />

b) Gratuity payable at a rate not exceeding half a months salary for each<br />

completed year of service, and<br />

c) Encashment of leave at the end of the tenure.<br />

October 01, 2009 vide the resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders dated<br />
