The Equity shares of SAL are not listed on any stock exchanges. There have been no amalgamation/ takeovers
during the past three years.
SAL is not sick company within the meaning of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.
There are no defaults in meeting any statutory/bank/institutional dues. No proceedings have been initiated for
economic offences against SAL.
5. Prabhakar Investments Private Limited (“PINPL”)
PINPL is a private limited company promoted by Mr. Adala Prabhakara Reddy. It was incorporated on March 29,
1984 as a private limited company. The registered office of PINPL is situated at Plot No 14, Road No - 5, Jubilee
Hills, Hyderabad-33. The main object of the company is to undertake investment activities.
PINPL presently has an authorised equity share capital of `10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs) divided into 1,00,000
(One Lakh) equity shares of `10/- each.
