Reddy & Co” to undertake civil engineering construction activities.The partnership firm was converted into a Public<br />
<strong>Limited</strong> Company on December 03, 2004 under Part IX of the Companies Act, 1956 as “<strong>APR</strong> <strong>Constructions</strong><br />
<strong>Limited</strong>”. The Registered Office of our Company is situated at Flat No. 404, Fifth Floor, Bhanu Enclave,<br />
Sundarnagar, Erragadda, Hyderabad – 500038, Andhra Pradesh, India. Our Company has been registered with the<br />
Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad with CIN U45200AP2004PLC044776.<br />
