committee

Must be meaningfully consulted on any changes to work practices or
work design that could precipitate stress.
Must be able to consult with staff on the issue of stress including
recommending to the Staff and Employment Committee or the Health,
Safety and Domus Committee (as appropriate) that a workplace survey be
conducted.
Should be allowed access to collective and anonymous sickness data.
Should be provided with paid time away from normal duties to attend
training on workplace stress.
Role of the Health, Safety and Domus Committee
The Committee will ensure that this policy is implemented.
The Committee will oversee monitoring of the efficacy of the policy and
other measures to reduce stress.
