An evaluation <strong>of</strong> the JRRP found that the micr<strong>of</strong>inance component was the most<br />

resilient <strong>of</strong> that programme continuing to develop successfully even during the<br />

heightening <strong>of</strong> the conflict <strong>and</strong> therefore the best approach for UNDP to take in<br />

areas still affected by conflict.<br />
