Either fuse type may be used if it operates rapidly <strong>en</strong>ough.Frame sizes R2 to R4Check from the fuse time-curr<strong>en</strong>t curve that the operating time of the fuse isbelow 0.5 seconds. The operating time dep<strong>en</strong>ds on the supply network impedanceand the cross-sectional area and l<strong>en</strong>gth of the supply cable.
