All project submittals shall be subject to review and approval by the County andits Engineer / Consultant.B. All submittals shall be provided in hard copy, properly bound, and in electronicformat on CD-ROM. The quantity of hard copies required shall vary for each typeof submittal and shall be determined by the County prior to submission.C. All submittals shall include a cover letter or letter of transmittal, signed, dated,and fully describing the contents of the submittal.1.6.2 ProposalProposals shall include the following items:A.
