Security – multiple levels of user name and password protection to all <strong>for</strong>flexible system managementE. In addition to the two terminals, a single monitor shall be mounted in the dispatchcenter that displays system health in<strong>for</strong>mation. At a minimum the monitor willdisplay the following in<strong>for</strong>mation:1. System health in<strong>for</strong>mation including the following:a. Channel usageb. Busy channelsc.
