The SELECTED VENDOR shall develop and conduct training programs to allowCounty personnel to become knowledgeable with the system, subsystems, andindividual equipment.B. The SELECTED VENDOR shall provide:1. Operator training:a. The SELECTED VENDOR shall provide complete andcomprehensive operational training covering features, operation,and special care associated with the equipment supplied. Operatortraining shall include the following categories:1) Portable Unit Operation (structured as Train-the-Trainer)2) Mobile Unit Operation (structured as Train-the-Trainer)3) Dispatch Console Operation4) Dispatch Console AdministratorC. Technical/System Management training:1. The SELECTED VENDOR shall provide complete and comprehensivetechnical training for County technical staff charged with managing thesystem. This training shall include, but is not limited to:a. Planning and setting up the system and networkb. Building and implementing system and network profiles andconfigurationsc. Performing database management functionsd. Monitoring and managing the system’s performancee. Writing and printing system reports.2.
