RESPONDENT shall submit a bound original and six bound copies of theproposal to the County. Each package shall also include a copy of the proposalin electronic format on CD-ROM. The front of the package should be marked“Proposal for Caroline County Radio Communications System”.C. Faxed bids will NOT be accepted.D. Bids not received by the date and time listed above will be returned to theRESPONDENT unopened.E. Proposals must contain a statement of disclaimer and contractor eligibilitycertification. Items can be found in Appendix – A, Mandatory Submittals.F. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.2.2 Mandatory Pre-Proposal ConferenceA. A MANDATORY pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, June 21,2011 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time Zone at 212 North Main Street, Bowling Green,Virginia 22427B. Any individuals with disabilities, who require assistance or special arrangementsin order to participate in bidding, should contact the County. Please provide atleast 48 hours notice so that reasonable efforts may be made to provide theproper arrangements.
