The transfer switch shall have an in-phase monitor which allows the switchto transfer between live sources if their voltage wave<strong>for</strong>ms becomesynchronous within 20 electrical degrees within 10 seconds of transferinitiation signal.a. If the in-phase monitor will not allow such a transfer, the controlmust default to time delay neutral operation.11. Contact closures shall provide <strong>for</strong> indication of ATS position – normal orbypass.6.4.3 Propane Fuel SystemA. The SELECTED VENDOR shall provide a complete fuel system including tank(s)and all associated piping, valves, controls, etc.B. The SELECTED VENDOR shall be responsible <strong>for</strong> the initial fill of the propanetanks.C. Tank and fuel system components shall be sized to provide a minimum of 72hours of run time at full load.D. Fuel tank(s) shall be located a minimum of 10 feet from the generator andbuilding.E. Clear access shall be provided <strong>for</strong> refueling.F. Tanks:1. Steel and polyurethane construction2. 500 gallon minimum size3. UL labeled in accordance with UL 644 and stamped in accordance withASME Section VIII Division 14. Rated <strong>for</strong> a minimum of <strong>25</strong>0 psig5.
