CYLINDER / PISTON● Check the cylinder for warpage by placing a straightedge and feeler gauge across the stud holes. Replacethe cylinder if the service limit is exceeded.SERVICE LIMIT: 0.05MMPISTONPISTONREMOVAL● Remove the piston clip.PIN CLIPNOTE•Do not allow to drip the piston pin clip into theinside of crank case.● After removing the piston pin, then remove thepiston.● Remove the piston ring.NOTE•Do not damage to the piston by piston ring whenremoving.PISTON RINGRINGCYLINDERPISTONSIDE WORNPISTON RING● Check for the piston ring.● Measure the clearance between the piston ring andpiston grooves.SERVICE LIMIT: TOP: 0.4MMSECOND: 0.4MM● Check whether the piston is worn or damaged.
