FRONT WHEEL / FRONT BRAKE / FRONT FORK / STEERING STEMAIR GUNREMOVAL● Remove the pad spring, pad comp, caliper bracket,boot from the caliper body.● If there is any wear or damage in the boot, replace itwith a new one.● Wrap the caliper with a piece of cloth to avoid pistonand brake fluid leakage and facing the pistondownward.● Remove the piston from the caliper while blowingthe low-pressure air in the opening of the brake hose.NOTE•Never use the high-pressure air or bring the air guntoo close.•Never touch the inside of the caliper.● Remove the piston seal and dust seal.DUST SEALPISTON SEALNOTE•Pay attention not to damage the inner surface of thecaliper.● Clean the piston and inside of the caliper with thebrake fluid.INSPECTION● Check the caliper bore for scoring, scratches, orother fluid.CALIPER BODYPISTON● Check the caliper piston outer diameter part forscratches or other damage.● Measure the piston outer diameter.SERVICE LIMIT : 24.889MMMICROMETER
