FRONT WHEEL / FRONT BRAKE / FRONT FORK / STEERING STEMINSPECTION● Check the front axle for deflection. Place the frontaxle on a V-block, and measure deflection with a dialgauge.SERVICE LIMIT: 0.2 MMFRONT AXLEROLL● Place the front wheel on an inspection stand. Slowlyturn the wheel, and check the rim for wobbles with adial gauge.SERVICE LIMIT: RADIAL 2.0MMAXIAL 2.0 MMFRONT WHEEL BEARINGINSPECTION● Turn the inner race of each bearing with finger.Bearing should turn smoothly and quietly. Alsocheck that the bearing outer race fits tightly in thehub.
