TRANSMISSION/CRANKSHAFT/CRANKCASEINSPECTION● Check the drive shaft for wear or damage.DRIVE SHAFT● Check the final shaft and gear for wear or damage.COUNTER SHAFTFINAL SHAFT● Check the final shaft and the worn or damage ofgears.TRANSMISSION BEARING● Disassemble crank shaft and transmission.MISSION COVERINSPECTION● Check whether transmission bearing smoothlyworks or not by turning the inner race of bearing byfingers.● Check whether the outer race is correctly putpressure into crank case.● If the looseness degree is excessive over and the putpressure of case is loose, diassemble and replacwith the new one.
TRANSMISSION/CRANKSHAFT/CRANKCASE● Replace the bearings if necessary.● Press the bearing to the case with special tool.TOOL: BEARING REMOVER SETASSEMBLY● Install the drive shaft on the transmission cover.● Install a new drive shaft oil seal.TOOL: CRANK ASSEMBLY SHAFTCRANK ASSEMBLY COLLAR● Check whether bearing, oil seal in LH. Crank caseare worn or damaged.REPLACEMENTTOOL : BEARING REMOVER SET
