SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITYThe <strong>M6</strong> Group firmly believes that providing its employees with a good work/life balance contributes <strong>to</strong><strong>the</strong> Company’s performance, and does not hesitate <strong>to</strong> offer part-time work:Part-time time workAt 31 December <strong>2012</strong>, 97 employees were on a part-time permanentcontract, of which 83.50% were women and 16.50% were men. Theyrepresented 76.77 FTEs.Total absenteeism, excluding paid holidays, represented 5.91% of <strong>the</strong>oretical hours worked in <strong>2012</strong>, adecrease compared <strong>to</strong> 2011 (7.12%):Reasons for absence (excl. Group remuneration policyThe pay packages of <strong>M6</strong> Group employees are reviewed on an annual basis as part of <strong>the</strong>ir individualassessment. Employees may benefit from individual performance-based pay rises. An across-<strong>the</strong>-boardpay rise is granted <strong>to</strong> employees whose salary is less than <strong>the</strong> Social Security cap and who have beenemployed for more than one year.In addition <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir basic salary, all employees receive a 13 th month salary.In addition <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir basic salary, 206 employees benefit from variable remuneration, which is primarilybased on financial performance indica<strong>to</strong>rs (194 beneficiaries in 2011).7.1.2.1. Change in average remunerationThe average remuneration of Group employees (excluding F.C.G.B.) in <strong>2012</strong> amounted <strong>to</strong> €54,344,compared <strong>to</strong> €53,967 in 2011.7.1.2.2. Employee savingsa) Profit-sharingThree profit-sharing agreements have been signed within <strong>M6</strong> Group encompassing <strong>the</strong> followingsegments:- <strong>M6</strong> Group excluding <strong>the</strong> Ventadis division and FCGB- The Ventadis division- FCGB (no payment in <strong>2012</strong> in respect of 2011).The special reserve for profit-sharing for 2011, and paid in <strong>2012</strong>, was €7,911 thousand compared <strong>to</strong>€8,889 thousand paid in 2011 for 2010.246 - <strong>M6</strong> GROUP - <strong>2012</strong> REGISTRATION DOCUMENT
