Fourteen, or one in three, agencies have alreadysubscribed to the service, which represents 3,800 digitalised invoices out of a total of 23,000.In each of the Group’s businesses, thought is being given on how to reduce the impact of businessactivities on the environment: the IT Department thus opted for the virtualisation of 549 servers that aremore energy efficient than the more traditional physical servers; teams are working on both the digitalstorage of contracts and the digital validation of invoices in internal processes, etc.The M6 Group strives to inform employees of the challenges of sustainable development and the relevantinitiatives implemented within the Company. The internal communication department thus organisesawareness-building activities regarding issues such as reducing paper printing, etc., via variouscommunication media (emails, intranet, screen displays, monthly newsletters, etc.).In addition, construction on the office building at 107 Avenue Charles de Gaulle is the object of a HQE(High Environmental Quality) process aimed at user comfort and quality of life as well as respecting theenvironment. The operation has already obtained HQE certification for the Design and Programme phase.Validation of the implementation phase is pending.Equipment and materials have therefore been chosen for promoting the comfort of people and reducethe environmental footprint of the building, including:- a high-performance and energy efficient air-conditioning system, through the use of heat pumpsand a heat recovery ventilation system.- an acoustic atmosphere tailored to the various premises,- optimal use of natural light for offices and common spaces,- optimal use of ventilation outflows and state-of-the-art research on interior finishing materials toensure good air quality,- terraces and patios partially covered in trees to conserve biodiversity.7.3.1.
