Concerning its communitysites, a service provider is responsible for moderation and, once <strong>the</strong> messages have become public,verifies those which are insulting, defama<strong>to</strong>ry, racist or that represent an incitement <strong>to</strong> violence or hatredand, where appropriate, removes <strong>the</strong>m from <strong>the</strong> websites.Via <strong>the</strong> community site for teenagers, Habbo.fr, a virtual bus of <strong>the</strong> Fil Santé Jeunes organisation is madeavailable <strong>to</strong> members. Teenagers can thus freely get information or explain a problem <strong>to</strong> healthprofessionals. Habbo has also set up a team of professionals responsible for containing <strong>the</strong> site andprevent any abuse or attempt <strong>to</strong> fraud linked <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> use of a payment method proposed by <strong>the</strong> site.Over <strong>the</strong> last five years, <strong>the</strong> <strong>M6</strong> Group has also been a partner of Action innocence, a charity thatmilitates for <strong>the</strong> prevention of risks posed on children by <strong>the</strong> internet. This support involves <strong>the</strong>broadcasting free of charge of <strong>the</strong>ir campaign on TV, online and on mobile phones.Lastly, <strong>M6</strong> mobile proposes fixed price offers with unlimited calls at night and weekends with its offertargeting 15/25 year olds. Since November 2007, members of AFOM (French Association of MobilePhone Opera<strong>to</strong>rs), of which <strong>M6</strong> mobile is a member, due <strong>to</strong> its <strong>M6</strong> Mobile by Orange offer, signed anagreement according <strong>to</strong> which <strong>the</strong>y commit <strong>to</strong> au<strong>to</strong>matically propose parental control from <strong>the</strong> time <strong>the</strong>phone line is open.7.2.6. Representing French diversityIn <strong>2012</strong>, and in keeping with commitments made in previous years, <strong>M6</strong> channel continued its efforts <strong>to</strong>represent diversity in French society as accurately as possible in its programmes.The four <strong>the</strong>mes upheld by <strong>the</strong> Conseil Supérieur de l’Audiovisuel on its diversity scale are as follows:- socio-professional categories,- visible minorities,- disabilities,- gender equality.In <strong>the</strong> majority of items tackling <strong>the</strong>se <strong>to</strong>pics, <strong>the</strong> channel attempted <strong>to</strong> provide solutions <strong>to</strong> improve <strong>the</strong>daily life of those persons represented and promote all public and private initiatives created with this sameobjective. Its commitment <strong>to</strong> representing <strong>the</strong> diversity of French society is henceforth included in itsagreement, but on <strong>to</strong>p of its contractual obligation, <strong>M6</strong> channel has been aware of its responsibility <strong>to</strong>education and respecting diversity for a long time. As a broadcaster, it must consider what it broadcastsabout <strong>the</strong> image of multi-cultural France through promotion of integration values and solidarity but alsothrough <strong>the</strong> presence of minorities. This mindframe also applies <strong>to</strong> W9 and 6ter. The CSA sees thatcommitments made by <strong>the</strong> channels each year are honoured, basing <strong>the</strong>mselves on <strong>the</strong> results ofdiversity scales, of which <strong>the</strong> first results for <strong>M6</strong> and W9 were satisfac<strong>to</strong>ry.7.2.6.1. Integration and diversityAll socio-professional categories are represented at <strong>M6</strong> Group in its programming. The Zone interditemagazine broadcast on 1 January <strong>2012</strong> included a report on fifteen women from Sarcelles, agedbetween 23 and 42, from underprivileged backgrounds and all having lived through difficult times; <strong>the</strong>sewomen, who were able <strong>to</strong> pursue an apprenticeship under <strong>the</strong> direction of a leading chef thanks <strong>to</strong> aninitiative of <strong>the</strong> Val d’Oise district council, will have <strong>the</strong> opportunity <strong>to</strong> have a qualified job and <strong>to</strong> make afresh start in life.In addition, <strong>the</strong> Patron Incogni<strong>to</strong> programme enables social barriers <strong>to</strong> be broken down by making acompany boss trade places with employees.<strong>M6</strong> GROUP - <strong>2012</strong> REGISTRATION DOCUMENT - 259
