Righteousness, chastity and truthfulnessare all closely associated with and actuallyspring from Brahmcharya (self control), which is agreat motive force in life. It is on the bedrock ofBrahmcharya that all these things grow and bearfruit.Contentment is an active aid in controlling thewandering faculties of the mind. Unless mentaloscillations stop and stillness is achieved wecannot offer a true and sincere prayer.
