Students should select theirgeneral education courses carefully in consultation withtheir faculty advisors.Undergraduate EducationUndergraduate education at Clarion University beginswith course offerings and expands with co-curricularactivities, student living arrangements, special culturalevents in the university and the larger community, andopportunities for relevant work through participation inassistantships, internships, undergraduate research, andstudent and community organizations.The university’s curriculum enables students to acquireskills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to attain thegoals students set for life. The university believes studentsshould graduate with a distinguished level of abilitiesand with attitudes necessary to continue developing andrefining those abilities.
