48As for Dubrovnik, it has - on the one hand - a growing number of postgraduate studies andcentres, and - on the other hand - it is also possible that students in Dubrovnik have a more internationaloutlook when thinking about their professional and academic opportunities after graduationdue to the specific geopolitical position of the city, as well as its history and tradition as anindependent city-state.
