The main positivefactors identified were the following:•••••••The need for career advising services is confirmed through the project survey resultsThere is an eagerness of universities for launching new initiativesThe Lisbon Agenda and reforms linked to the Bologna Process provide an impetus for launchingsuch initiativesCareer advising services fit well into an increasingly student-centred systemIncreasing competition among universities can provide impetus to attract more students byproviding better services for studentsVarious funding opportunities are possibleThere are already ideas and possibilities for cooperation initiatives.Regarding weaknesses and threats, the SWOT analysis results suggest that there is also a lackof readiness, resources and awareness for the introduction of career advising services.
